At Niné, we want you to love your pieces. Please review our policy carefully:
Custom Pieces: All custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delicate / Ready-to-Wear Pieces: Some pieces are delicate by nature. Damaged or altered items cannot be returned.
Unworn Items: Items that are not custom may be returned within 2 weeks of delivery if they are completely unused. Returns must be in the original packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Items that show signs of wear or use will not be refunded.
Order Review: Please carefully review your order, including sizing and style, before completing your purchase.
