Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Custom pieces: Each item is handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before shipment.
  • Ready-to-wear / non-custom items: Typically shipped within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and chosen service.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise noted.

Packaging:

  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Custom and delicate pieces may require special packaging.

International Shipping:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • While we take care to ship items securely, Niné is not responsible for delays or damage incurred during transit by the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Niné is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
