1. Orders
- All products are sold subject to availability.
- Custom-made items are final sale.
- Delicate or ready-to-wear pieces are sold as described; customers must review items carefully.
- Niné reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors.
2. Payment
- Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Custom pieces: Final sale.
- Delicate / Ready-to-Wear: Damaged or altered items cannot be returned.
- Unworn Items: Non-custom, non-delicate items may be returned within 2 weeks of delivery, in original packaging, and at the customer’s expense. Used or worn items will not be refunded.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Niné and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Niné is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchase of products.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate but cannot guarantee they perfectly represent the actual items.
6. Privacy
- Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our site.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state in which Niné operates.
